Baldrige Classroom Learning Systems Introductory Course

Description:
This is an introduction to the Baldrige Criteria for Education, including the eleven Core Values and the seven Categories and Six Steps to Continuous Improvement (PDSA) for performance excellence. During face-to-face sessions, participants will learn to use a systems approach to improve student achievement. Quality Tools will be modeled with opportunities for guided practice and collaborative processing. Participants will walk away with practical ways to use a systems approach to improve teaching and learning. In addition to the face-to-face sessions, participants will be involved in participating in online discussion forums and have accessibility to online resources.
